VIRTUAL OFFICE

TERMS & CONDITIONS

This agreement shall be for a term of 30 days and shall automatically renew unless 30 days prior written notice has been given to the other party; however, if either party is in material default of this agreement, the other party may cancel this agreement pursuant to the terms below.

SERVICE & FEE

  1. The virtual office plan will be with a 12-month-long (yearly) contract. Any termination before fulfilling the 12-month period will NOT be refunded.
  2. The service fee shall be paid in full amount on or before the commence of service date
  3. Upon initial payment, a 1-year deposit will be charged and it is only refundable shall the service terminates before/on exactly 1 year since previous effective date.
  4. Shall the service continues, the fees is required tobe paid in full amount before the end of the year cycle as per previous effective date. 
  5. Should there be any overdue storage usage, the charges will first be deducted from the deposit.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The Client hereby agrees that proper office attire is required at all times within the Premises.
  2. Inappropriate attire are strictly prohibitedwithin the premises.
  3. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the Premises.
  4. No pets are allowed at all times within the Premises.
  5. No cooking is allowed within the Premises.
  6. The Client shall not possess on the said Premises any materials of a dangerous explosive nature or any other unlawful materials or items that may contravene any statue or subsidiary legislation.
  7. That the Client shall not permit anyone to use the said Premises for unlawful purposes or trading and shall not sub-let the office space to anyone.
  8. The Client should prevent crowd gatherings at the Premises that could create any inconveniences to other clients. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry of crowd if deemed necessary.
  9. Proper conduct and behavior is required at all times within the Premises. The Company reserves the right to stop or prohibit the Client from behaving in a way that is deemed not acceptable to the
  10. Company or to terminate this service agreement without prior notice. In the event that the
  11. Company is of the opinion that the particular business is undesirable or unsuitable as aforesaid, the Company reserves the right to require the Client to immediately cease, remove or to desist from the Premises any activities, goods, products, or anything whatsoever displayed or kept in the Premises which the Company in its absolute discretion considers undesirable or unsuitable for the image of the Company and its decision shall be final and binding absolutely.
  12. In the event that the company is of the opinion that any of its staff/agent is rudely/violently/vulgarly shouted at/scolded or mentally/physically harassed by the Client while discharging his/her duty, the Company reserves the full right to terminate this service agreement without prior notice and its decision shall be final and binding absolutely.
  13. The Client shall not do or permit to be done upon the Premises anything which in the opinion of the Company may be a nuisance or annoyance to, or in any way interface with the quiet enjoyment and comfort of the other occupants of the building / Premises.
  14. That the Client shall keep the office space and Premises clean and tidy at all times.
  15. Clients registered under a personal account are not permitted to carry out business transactions involving money payments, the exchange of commercial goods and the conducting of interview sessions within the Premises without prior consent from the Company.

TERMINATION

  1. Shall the client wants to terminate virtual office service before the end of a year cycle, an email notice is required to be sent to us a full calendar-monthprior to the termination.
  2. The Company reserves the right to stop or prohibit the Client from behaving in a way that is deemed not acceptable to the Company or to terminate this service agreement without prior notice. In the event that the Company is of the opinion that the particular business is undesirable or unsuitable as aforesaid, the Company reserves the right to require the Client to immediately cease, remove or to desist from the Premises any activities, goods, products, or anything whatsoever displayed or kept in the Premises which the Company in its absolute discretion considers undesirable or unsuitable for the image of the Company and its decision shall be final and binding absolutely.

MAIL & PARCEL HANDLING

  1. All mails, courier and hand-delivered at the reception left uncollected after 14 days will be charged at the following fees:

        *Normal letter RM 0.20/piece/day

        *Small package/parcel/courier envelope RM 2.00/piece/day

  1. Nomazon Berhad will not be responsible for any loss of parcel/mail if the client’s name(s) and the company name is not written/posted on the parcel/mail.
  2. Nomazon Berhad has no obligation to open and read any of the mail belonging to the undersigned person or his/her partners verbally over the phone at any moment.
  3. Nomazon Berhad has no obligation to dispose off any faxes/mail that is deemed unimportant or unnecessary to him/her.
  4. All hand-delivered parcels (other than courier/express services) will undergo inspection before being accepted. Nomazon Berhad will not be held responsible for the condition of its content and envelopes/boxes/containers/packaging etc use to contain the parcel upon acceptance of all hand-delivered parcels including courier and express services.
  5. Nomazon Berhad will not be liable for any discrepancies for the services provided above should there be any.
  6. Only parcels below 5kg, or at max 30 cm in length will be eligible for 14-days free keeping..
  7. Shall the parcel size exceed 5kg or 30cm, the parcel will be charged with a storage fee of at RM 2.00/item/day.

MAIL FORWARDING SERVICE

  1. The mail forwarding services will only commence upon request from client.
  2. An extra fee as according to the table below will be charged for the services.
