We host a festive gathering for all VO members and coworkers with the aim to enable members to get to celebrate the special occasions together, e.g. CNY, Christmas...In the meantime, everyone can know each other personally and do business together.
What’s more, there are also facilities such as coworking space, meeting rooms & seminar hall that you can use whenever you need to ensure your business succeeds.

Nomazon Berhad operation hours are from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays, not including public holidays.
Sign up for a virtual office is easy peasy lemon squeezy.
Step 1: Click the “START TODAY” button.
Step 2: You will be redirected to a page where you need to fill all the required details to set up account.
Step 3: Within 24 hours, you will receive a e-contract & invoice via email.
Step 4: Forward the signed e-contract & payment advice.
Step 5: Voila! You have successfully become Nomazon VO member and can start using the services.

Strictly one (1) company name per contract only. Letters without your company name will not be entertained.
- No more than 30 pcs of mail per month. RM 5 extra for every additional 10 pcs or part thereof.
- No more than 10 pcs of courier envelopes per month. RM 5 for every item beyond that.
- No more than 5 pcs of parcels per month. RM 5 for every item beyond that.
We will dedicated a mail box for each VO member. Nomazon Berhad will not be held accountable shall the mail & packages is damaged upon receival.
Nomazon Berhad will only receive parcel below 5kg, max length 30 cm.
Large parcels will be charged with a storage fee of at RM 2 per day.
We only provide yearly plan.
Only one (1) named person for VO access.

*Meeting room, seminar hall and hot desk are subject to availability during operation hours. Prior booking is encouraged.
- The 1 hour meeting room usage is only usable in the month itself.
- The credit hour CANNOT be carried forward to the next month.
- Subsequent usage beyond the given hour will be charged with RM 50 per hour.
Nomazon will keep your mails & parcels safe up to 14 days.
- Overdue mails & parcels will be charged with RM 1 – 5 per day per item.
Our terms and conditions are flexible and always in favor of our VO members.
Our virtual office started plan contract length is 12 months. However, if you wish to cancel the service(s), we require a full calendar month notice sent to our email: firstname.lastname@example.org
We will collect a RM 199 (1 year) deposit from VO members, which is refundable upon the contract ended or cancellation.
- This is only to ensure that you meet our terms and conditions.
- The deposit can be an advance payment for mail & parcel forwarding service.
Our pricing policy is fully transparent, featuring NO Hidden costs or additional fees which are not clearly mentioned on our website and terms. There is only one fixed cost – your monthly virtual office fee. For any additional services, we reserve the right to charge by usage or service accordingly.
Of course you can. Nomazon also provide local & international mail forwarding with an additional charge.
- The postage is calculated per month and charged in addition to your monthly fee.
